Radhika is a Principal at CTI with over a decade of global investing and venture-building experience, focused on healthcare and healthtech innovation in complex, high-barrier markets.
Radhika is a Principal at CTI, where she will focus on investments across the healthcare landscape. With a unique ability to integrate scientific, commercial, and financial lenses, she will support the firm’s investment strategy in emerging healthcare markets. Radhika brings over a decade of experience in global investing, venture creation, and cross-border capital markets. Prior to joining Fund IV, she co-founded and successfully exited NTX Services, a Montreal-based consulting firm that delivered full-spectrum due diligence, financial modeling, and go-to-market strategy for over 150 healthtech ventures. She also co-founded Myelin Capital, an Exempt Market Dealer specializing in capital raises and M&A for breakthrough neurotech startups across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Earlier in her career, Radhika was an Associate at PSP Investments, where she managed a $200M+ portfolio across emerging market equities. She holds an MBA in Finance from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder. Radhika is passionate about advancing innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology, particularly in underserved or high-barrier areas such as neurology and reimbursement-restricted care models.
